All implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy are excluded from these Terms to the extent that they may be excluded as a matter of law.

7.2 You are responsible for any dealings with other Members/ Applicants of the Site and will not hold Us in any way liable for such dealings - you acknowledge that you alone are responsible for taking suitable precautions to protect yourself with all Members/Applicants, for vetting them and checking their suitability for buying a property together and we urge you not to meet any Member/ Applicants in private until you are satisfied that it is safe to do so.

7.3 In no event will We be liable for any loss including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss, or any damages arising from loss of use, data or profits, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the use of this Site.

7.4 We have tried to ensure that all the Content provided on the Site is correct at the time of publication. The Content is provided on an information basis only and should not be relied upon. No responsibility is accepted by Us for any errors, omissions, or misleading Content on the Site or on any websites to which the Site connects.

9. Services for buyers

Lets Move provides a number of services for buyers. You shall be asked to provide Us with an instruction fee before we begin providing you with the service. In addition you may be asked to pay Us a reservation fee which we use to secure a new build plot with the developer.

10. Cancellation of Services

Should you wish to cancel the provision of our services.

10.1 The instruction fee is a non-refundable fee. We shall however agree to a refund should we be unable to secure you a mortgage within our panel of lenders.

10.2 The reservation fee is a non-refundable fee. This fee has been paid by Us to the developer to reserve a plot in your name. Should you wish to withdraw for any reason this fee shall be retained by the developer.

11. Termination

You agree that We at our sole discretion, may terminate your Account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content within the Site, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if We believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the Terms. We may also at our sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of the Terms may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that We may immediately deactivate or delete your Account and all related information and files in your Account and/or prohibit any further access to such files or the Service. Further, you agree that We will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service.

12. Privacy

You must read and accept the Privacy Policy which details what type of personal information We may collect from you when you visit the Site and how We may store and use the information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Act 2003.

13. Changes to the Terms

If there is any conflict between these Terms and any other written agreement between you and Us then the latter shall prevail.

17. Events beyond our control

We will not be responsible for any breach of these Terms caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
